07 Feb Windermere Homes & Estates is Happy to Welcome Horacio Hernandez to its Downtown Team
Growing up in the Bay Area, Horacio had early aspirations to become a lawyer due to his acute debating skills. As he gravitated toward top producers in the Real Estate field, Horacio decided to switch gears and pursue a career that was inherently close to his heart since high school. Now as a broker Associate he looks forward to helping San Diego buyers and sellers.
After selling his home in 2007, Horacio moved to Southern California, closing down his top-producing real estate business at Alain Pinel Realtors, Menlo Park. Horacio relocated to be closer to his mother who was moving to Rosarito. Once working as a Realtor, Horacio quickly learned the importance of going the extra mile, dedicating time to ensure that each home was perfectly primped and ready for showings, regardless of the day, time or occasion!
As Horacio now teams up with Windermere Homes & Estates, he excitedly looks forward to utilizing Windermere’s expansive outreach and advancements in technology to work even more efficiently with his clients.
“Horacio’s negotiating skills set him apart. Solving problems for their clients is what realtors do, and Horatio is a star at finding resolutions that work for all parties. We couldn’t be happier to have him in our beautiful Downtown office,” says Rich Johnson, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates.
