With over 7 years assisting others in customer service roles, Courtney Smith took her experiences with her into her next venture in the Information Technology field, as the Operations Coordinator at PJR Corporation. During her time there, Courtney worked closely with executives to ensure smooth office operations, but her primary focus was to keep employees, partners, and clients happy. Courtney’s current role is Executive Assistant to Rich Johnson, and brings with her a unique collaboration of organizational skills, marketing experience, and history in customer service.
Born and raised in Southern California, Courtney enjoys the beautiful coastal scenery and vibrant inland activity the area has to offer! In her spare time, you’ll find Courtney visiting fun San Diego locations (especially the San Diego Zoo & Safari Park!), watching movies and Cruisin’ Grand with her husband, Adam, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
I enjoy connecting with new people, building relationships, and discovering new ways to work together and thrive, not only as teammates, but also as a community.
Future: A world in which we, as a people, recognize we may not always see eye-to-eye, but are loving and kind toward each other anyway!
