Ryan was born and raised in White Bear Lake, Minnesota where he lived with his family, parents Clarke and Mary and 3 younger sisters Krissy, Ashellee and Emily until he joined the Marine Corps in 1999. Ryan grew up heavily involved in sports and the outdoors, his passions were hockey, baseball, golf, hunting and fishing.

Ryan’s sales career began right out of high school at a regional tire and service company Tires Plus. His no nonsense, direct approach to sales quickly made him a favorite among new and return customers while impressing the management. Ryan was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager and was on the fast track to Manager when he decided he wanted to serve at a greater level.

Ryan joined the Marine Corps in April of 1999, went to boot camp, combat training and attended the structures and hydraulics course in Pensacola, FL and was assigned to HMLA-169 on Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2001/2002 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraq in 2003 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon his return he was assigned to HMX-1/VX-9 in Patuxent River, MD where he served as a member of the H-1 Upgrades Operational Test Team which subsequently tested and delivered the new 4 bladed Huey and Cobra aircraft to the fleet!

Ryan’s interest in real estate began as a first time home buyer where he had an awful experience with a less than reputable agent. Ryan knew his passion for discipline, integrity and service above self would be a great fit with his significant existing network in the real estate world. In his first year of his real estate career, Ryan sold 28 homes in North San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties.

Wes founded the company in 2010 and sold the company to a competitor at the end of 2012.  He remained “gainfully retired” until January 2016.  While working part time at Home Depot, Wes decided to pursue real estate sales, passing the State exam in June 2016.

Prior to establishing Pro Clean & Blast, Wes was responsible for Corporate Marketing & Business Development, Governmental Industry and developing cogeneration sales for Hawthorne Machinery Co.’s (Caterpillar Dealer) San Diego operation.

Wes has over 40 years of management and sales experience in a variety of industries, including power generation equipment; mainframe and PC based computer systems and consumer products sales.

Wes is a National Award Winning Marketing Manager (Hawthorne Cat) and Sales Manager (Minolta Corporation).  He is a past member of the Caterpillar Dealer Internet Advisory Team, a member of the CatUsed.com Development Team and a three term Past President of the California Dealer Association.  Wes is Six Sigma Sponsor trained. He currently is a volunteer mentor for the SCORE program.

Married for over 30 years, Wes and his wife are long term residents (23 years) of Poway.  They have two children and one grandson (with a second one due in August 2016).  He and his wife enjoy camping (RV style), wine tasting and traveling. Michelle a Chicago native moved to San Diego in 1996.  Since moving to San Diego she has been involved in many charity organizations and performed numerous volunteer activities that benefit our community.

Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and three years later obtained her Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Upon arriving in San Diego in 1996 she began employment with a non-profit agency.  While being an employee of this non-profit she was continually promoted and ultimately became the CEO in 2006.   In 2007, she resigned as the CEO in order to devote more time to her three children.  However, Michelle remained on the Board of Governors and continued to assist in the non-profit’s fund raising activities and governance. Michelle is the current President of the National Charity League , Inc. – Del Sol Chapter.

Debby’s successful and extensive sales background began when she was a toddler selling behind the counter, standing on a step stool in a family business… 20 years later she was working with real estate developers in Philadelphia and the surrounding metropolitan area which helped to set the groundwork for her hardworking and entrepreneurial spirit!

A quick study, passion for building relationships, inherent interest in design, and 24 years living in North County San Diego, make Debby a perfect fit for the real estate industry. In her spare time Debby’s compassion visiting seniors as well as the San Diego streets and homeless shelters, donating food, clothing, and personal articles for comfort. She also volunteers her time, energy and loves working with “4 legged children” a.k.a. dogs!
