Wes founded the company in 2010 and sold the company to a competitor at the end of 2012.  He remained “gainfully retired” until January 2016.  While working part time at Home Depot, Wes decided to pursue real estate sales, passing the State exam in June 2016.

Prior to establishing Pro Clean & Blast, Wes was responsible for Corporate Marketing & Business Development, Governmental Industry and developing cogeneration sales for Hawthorne Machinery Co.’s (Caterpillar Dealer) San Diego operation.

Wes has over 40 years of management and sales experience in a variety of industries, including power generation equipment; mainframe and PC based computer systems and consumer products sales.

Wes is a National Award Winning Marketing Manager (Hawthorne Cat) and Sales Manager (Minolta Corporation).  He is a past member of the Caterpillar Dealer Internet Advisory Team, a member of the CatUsed.com Development Team and a three term Past President of the California Dealer Association.  Wes is Six Sigma Sponsor trained. He currently is a volunteer mentor for the SCORE program.

Married for over 30 years, Wes and his wife are long term residents (23 years) of Poway.  They have two children and one grandson (with a second one due in August 2016).  He and his wife enjoy camping (RV style), wine tasting and traveling. Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and three years later obtained her Masters in Social Work from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Upon arriving in San Diego in 1996 she began employment with a non-profit agency.  While being an employee of this non-profit she was continually promoted and ultimately became the CEO in 2006.   In 2007, she resigned as the CEO in order to devote more time to her three children.  However, Michelle remained on the Board of Governors and continued to assist in the non-profit’s fund raising activities and governance. Taylor Crowell grew up along San Diego’s North Coast, born and raised in the sunny seaside town of Del Mar. “Growing up in San Diego’s North County has influenced and shaped the person I am today,” she says.

An innate appreciation of home design and architecture led her early on to work in interior design, a passion she shares with her mother, a Del Mar designer and project manager. After working with an architecture firm and exploring drafting, Taylor’s affinity for residential design and landscaping led her to a career in real estate. Taylor credits her aunt, a seasoned and respected real estate professional in Northern California, as an inspirational mentor.

Taylor brings to her real estate career several other talents she has developed over the years, particularly technology-based marketing. She developed those skills as a media coordinator and content editor for several internationally renowned jazz musicians, giving her the opportunity to collaborate with a broad cross-section of personalities and individual aspirations.

This fusion of her ability to work with varied personalities and enthusiasm for spaces is always a part of Taylor’s work ethic and diligence with clients. Compassionate and loyal, Taylor prides herself as being an excellent listener and observer. She believes that the best relations are those built upon clarity, trust and dedication. Friends say she’s a born negotiator with an ability to envision the perspectives and desires of others. She is comprehensive problem solver and a solution-oriented person.

A recent month in Europe solidified an admiration of architecture and communities. Taylor thrives while experiencing other cultures, has a love of nature, animals, landscapes, homes . . . and knowledge. In her free time you might find her riding a horse, hiking, gardening, volunteering at a local animal shelter or researching just about anything she finds interesting.
