Windermere Congratulates Five Star Professional Recipient Dale Politte
As a Five Star Professional for ten consecutive years (2008-2018) Dale understands that selling or buying a home is a huge step in most people’s lives. The Five Star Professional research team contacted thousands of recent homebuyers, consumers and industry leaders to identify San Diego-area real estate agents who stand out in their industry and community. The Five Star award is annually presented to real estate agents, mortgage professionals, home and auto insurance professionals in more than 45 markets in the U.S. and Canada. The Five Star award recognizes service professionals who provide quality services to their clients. The Five Star Real Estate Agent program is the largest and most widely published award program for real estate agents in North America, covering more than 40 major markets. Five Star award winners do not pay a fee to be included in the research or on the final list of award winners. To receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, a real estate agent must satisfy five objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. Recent homebuyers are asked to evaluate real estate agents with whom they have worked and evaluate them based upon ten criteria. Recent homebuyers may evaluate up to two real estate agents in order to measure the experience associated with the purchase and sale side of a move. Self-nominations are not accepted.
