Jean Beck Joins Windermere Homes & Estates!

We are proud to announce Jean Beck has joined Windermere Homes & Estates. In November of 2000 she started her real estate career after a 13-year position as Director of Operations with a local consulting and training company.

At age 19 Jean purchased a home and by 22 acquired land for investment, four years later she borrowed equity from her home and purchased a duplex downtown San Diego. A few years later she exchanged up to a 4-plex and now after a series of 1031 exchange transactions I have moved my tax deferred assets into individual residential rental properties in the North County San Diego area. As an experienced investor, she is convinced that residential properties for retirement income and a balanced portfolio are perfect for the individual investor.

With practical business experience and people skills, her former occupations have been excellent preparation for transitioning into her Real Estate Career. In her first year of Real Estate Jean received the “Rookie of the Year” award with Top Number Transactions. The second year she became a member of the Presidents Circle with 7 Million in sales and for the next 3 of 4 years she earned Chairman’s Circle which ranks her in the top 3% of Real Estate network of agents nationwide. 2007 was a down trending year, to say the least, but her sales reached 8 million putting her back in the “Presidents Circle”. The “Presidents Circle” represents the top 5% of the Real Estate network of agents nationwide. In 2009 she received an Honor Society award. Year 2013, she achieved the companies # 1 agent award for individual sales.
