Mary Ackermann-Gaer Joins Windermere’s Onsite Real Estate Team at Trilogy

Windermere Homes & Estates welcomes Mary Ackermann-Gaer as the full-time broker associate for onsite sales at Trilogy. Mary has been selling real estate in Southern California since 1992. She is a licensed broker and licensed general contractor. She started as a Budget Analyst for one of the largest developers in California and was quickly promoted to Project Manager, which led to her becoming a Licensed General Contractor in 1985. Those skills led to a perfect match for a Real Estate career that began in 1992 and continues today.

A Southern California native, Mary and her husband, Eric Gaer, purchased a home at Trilogy La Quinta in early 2004. They enjoy the golf and activities available within the development and have a wealth of knowledge of the area. Mary has worked with new home developers for the last three years and will be an essential part of the onsite for Trilogy Real Estate team.

With a double degree in Marketing and Business Management, Mary offers advanced technology driven marketing techniques, market analysis and excellent negotiation skills for her buyers, sellers and investors. You will find her commitment to her clients always comes first.
