Raylene BrundageWindermere Homes & Estates (WHE) welcomes Raylene Brundage as its newest manager for the Del Mar and Scripps Ranch Offices.

Raylene will oversee agents, provide them with on the job mentoring and ongoing coaching. She will help Scripps Ranch and Del Mar to maximize sales performance and provide fresh insight to the future of WHE. 

Raylene has practiced residential real estate for nearly 20 years. She has been a C.A.R. (California Association of Realtors) Director for 11 years. Her leadership includes the recent appointment as C.A.R. Vice-Chair of Risk Management for 2022. 

In 2016, Raylene was elected President of the North County Association of Realtors and recognized for her distinguished service.

Raylene maintains her C.A.R. instructor certification to teach the Residential Purchase Agreement and ZipForms. She was appointed by the mayor of San Diego to serve on the Relocation Appeals Board for San Diego. Her background in real estate’s political workings and mentoring make her a great fit for her new management position at WHE. 

“I just want to be in a position where I can make a difference,” Raylene said. “This position, it’ll allow me to have a more specific and positive effect on the agents I serve.

Raylene said she prides herself in being a collaborator in the industry to achieve solutions to better the real estate industry, which is why she is excited to focus at WHE. 

“The industry is going through a lot of changes. My experience on various levels that I can now apply with various groups of people to be a part of a positive direction, keeping us (WHE) very relevant and meaningful in the industry,” she said.

 “Having mentored the last five years has caused me to really understand what the challenges are… sometimes overwhelming,” Raylene said.
