Assistant Manager & Mentor, Del Mar
DRE Lic. #01390687
While attending UCLA, I would take every opportunity to drive down to San Diego. I fell in love with the area and the people. My husband and I moved to Del Mar in 1995 and never looked back. In 2003, I became a Realtor because it fulfilled my passions, the study of real estate and economy, negotiating and helping people. For the last 15 years, it has been my pleasure to help buyers find their dream home and sellers maximize their profits. Buying or selling a home is not only one of the largest financial decisions a person will ever make, it is also very personal. It has been an honor to be trusted by my clients to guide them through such an important process and a thrill to be there when escrow closes and their new chapter begins. Lifetime service to my clients is my goal. With 95 percent of my business coming from referrals, I have my past clients thank for my continued success. All the awards I have received for being a Top Agent have been gratifying, but watching a family make happy memories in their new home is by far the best part of my job!
A couple of years ago I was asked to teach and mentor the new agents in our Del Mar office. I have always enjoyed the pursuit of knowledge of the ever changing legal contracts, market place trends and statistics, and new technology. It is rewarding to be able to share that knowledge and the methods that have made me successful with other real estate professionals. I thrive on the success of those that surround me and I am especially proud of the success of our new agents.
In 2018, I have been presented with another exciting opportunity, to help lead the Del Mar office as Assistant Manager. I am eager to support our Del Mar team, create an awesome culture, and propel us all to success in service to our clients.
A couple of things. I love helping people with one of the most important decisions in their life. It also satisfies my intellectual side because I love being on the forefront of new things.
I would like to have witnessed the Martin Luther King, “I have a Dream Speech” in Washington D.C.
I want to be a person who is influential in my field and somebody who has made an impact in my business.
