Branch Manager Escondido Office
DRE Lic. #01356117
My initial career path was as a high school history teacher and girls volleyball and soccer coach for 6 years. My focus then turned toward real estate when I was offered the opportunity in 2001, to take over an existing boutique real estate company in Sonoma County that specialized in estates, ranches, and vineyards. This opportunity allowed me to then also become co-owner and manager of 2 offices with Pacific Union International Real Estate in the Bay Area.
In 2011, we sold to The Wine Country Group and I decided to move back with my family to my hometown of San Diego and be close to my parents, my siblings and their families. I have had a unique path of real estate by not only working directly with Buyers and Sellers but also the business experience of owning and operating a small real estate company with over 80 agents, creating marketing collateral, being involved in various social media platforms, market analytics, learning Leadership skills and being part of innovative sales and marketing teams.
I have been involved in every aspect of the business along with being part of the local association and President of the local Wine Country Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors as President and Realtor of The Year in 2010. I found my passion in the coaching and training aspect of helping real estate professionals build their business and thrive on repeat and referral real estate clientele through my time working for Brian Buffini and various local real estate companies. I find personal joy in the success of my fellow Realtors as being a manager, coach, and mentor to them.
I love the challenge of real estate and the fact that there is always something to learn and something new every day.
I would like to have seen an event at the Roman Colosseum.
I want to be on the beach in Hawaii every single day of my life.
