Windermere Homes & Estates opens a new office in Big Bear and proudly welcomes Patrick Lane and Sherry McDaniel. Combined the two have been selling real estate for the past twelve years. Annually they have been selling over 30 properties in both Big Bear and Palm Springs.

Patrick and Sherry are an unstoppable team! They have been recipients of the Quality Service Award for the past 5 years. Sherry is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and has a Luxury Home sales designation and Patrick has earned his Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist Certification (RSPS). Patrick also was the managing broker for their previous company and serves on the local board of directors for their Chamber of Commerce.

Before working in real estate, Sherry pursued the skies with American Airlines, while Patrick ruled the roads with the Ford Motor Company.
