Tasha Manzano has been with Windermere Homes & Estates for a number of years. Since she started in 2015, she’s performed many different duties. Most recently, she served as the Company’s VP of Sales and Coastal Regional Manager.
As the industry has shifted and changed, so have the brokerage needs. To that end, Tasha is now focusing as the Branch Manager of the Del Mar office and heading up the Luxury Division, which includes the Premier Properties and W Collection programs, as the VP of Luxury Marketing.
As the VP of Luxury Marketing, Tasha is looking forward to continuing to establish Windermere Homes & Estates as a leader in luxury markets and set the brokerage apart from the competition.
Donna Niksich joined Windermere Homes & Estates in 2013 as the first employee in the Company and has worked side by side with Rich Johnson since 2003. From day one, she has been instrumental in Windermere Homes & Estates’ growth and success.
Donna started out with the Company in an Operations capacity, and was vital in managing the day-to-day needs of the business. Later, Donna was promoted to the role of VP of Risk Management, where she has worked tirelessly to provide support and backing for each and every agent of Windermere Homes & Estates.
In addition to her current responsibilities, Donna is taking on the role of Branch Manager in Windermere Homes & Estates’ Carlsbad Village office. Donna brings with her a wealth of Real Estate knowledge and experience, and she is looking forward to leveraging this in order to continue bringing the highest and best level of service to the agents of Windermere.
