Windermere Homes & Estates Appoints Carl McNew As Regional Manager Of Desert Sales
The brokerage is excited to add a highly experienced and seasoned professional to the Management Team in the Coachella Valley
Palm Desert April 5 – Windermere Homes & Estates (WHE) welcomes new Branch Manager Carl K. McNew to the Palm Desert Office, effective immediately.
Carl will manage the busy branch’s daily operations and work with James Colburn (WHE Chief Growth Officer) on recruitment and retention to ensure the highest level of agent satisfaction in the organization.
A natural leader, Carl brings a wealth of experience to the operation in Palm Desert having formerly been a Windermere Real Estate franchise owner in Denver, Colorado for several years prior to moving to the desert in 2017. He also led several top producing teams since his entry into real estate sales starting in 2001.
Carl has also become an expert in Coachella Valley real estate after leading agents to success within Windermere Real Estate. As co-lead of the Nelson McNew & Associates real estate team in Palm Springs and Palm Desert, they were number one in sales within Windermere Homes & Estates in 2020 with over fifty million in sales volume.
Prior to his life in real estate, Carl served his country as a Technical Training Instructor and with the United States Air Force.

Carl is married to his husband Steve and has two kids, Alex 25 and Leah 23, who both currently live in Colorado.
