Windermere Homes & Estates Brings on Shannon Herbert

Windermere Homes & Estates is growing and is excited to have Shannon Herbert as the newest addition their family. Hailing from the Del Mar Office, she is an experienced real estate professional who has bought and sold real estate in Texas and California. As a representation of her work ethic, she strives for 100% client satisfaction before, during, and after the sale.

Shannon has a passion for working with people, and helping them find their dream home. In the early 90’s she decided to get my real estate license in Austin, Texas and specialized in residential sales and leasing, while also pursuing sales and leasing in the commercial venue. As her referrals grew and she found that she was able to engage in my other passion which is design. Soon she began working with home builders and clients on new and established construction, staging their homes, and making textile selections for them.

Making another dream come true was moving to California! The architecture as well as the serene mountain and ocean views, make for a great day at the office. Today, she lives gratefully with my husband and their three dogs in San Diego, and loves every minute of it! Her my ultimate goal is to help people sell their home or find a new one!
