As a CSU San Marcos 2015 graduate with a Bachelors in Psychology, Courtney Smith has a long standing history working in various customer service related roles. With over 7 years assisting others, Courtney took her experiences with her into her next venture as Operations Coordinator at PJR Corporation (a Department of Defense Contractor delivering software and networking services to the US Navy). While Courtney worked closely with executives to ensure smooth office operations, her primary focus was to keep employees, partners and clients happy.

 

With a unique collaboration of marketing experience, coupled with her history in customer service, Courtney serves as the perfect advocate to assist Rich Johnson, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates, with his daily obligations and activities.

 

Through applying her extreme organizational skills, Courtney will be assisting Rich Johnson with a multitude of tasks, from calendar organization, travel arrangements, meetings & scheduling, along with company events, gatherings, recruitment and retention.
