Windermere Homes & Estates in Santaluz Welcomes Katia Shelton

Windermere Homes & Estates is pleased to announce Katia Shelton has joined our team in the Santaluz office. Born in Panama City, Katia began her career at the US Embassy after attending the University of Panama. Her career path took her to San Diego where she acquired her degree in Nursing from San Diego State University. Her passion to help others and her strong negotiating skills have led her to a career in real estate. “Katia has all the skills we look for in an agent. She is goal oriented and tackles new challenges with skill and tenacity.” said co-owner Rich Johnson.

Katia lives in San Diego with her husband David. Their two sons attend school in Sacramento and Northridge. In her free time Katia enjoys nature photography, music and dance.
