Windermere Homes & Estates Inducts New Hall of Famers: Jennifer Locke, Sarah Simons & Jim Berns!

Windermere Homes & Estates is excited to announce the continuation of one of its newest annual traditions. Since the inception of the WHE Hall of Fame in 2016, owners Rich Johnson & Brian Gooding have been hand selecting certain team members and staff of the Homes & Estates franchise to be inducted into the official WHE Hall of Fame.

Last year’s Hall of Famers consisted of Donna Niksich and Cheri Rice, original members of the WHE team since the start of the franchise. These official Hall of Famers earned a plaque as well as having their names and photos honored on the walls of the Windermere’s offices.

This year’s Hall of Famers consisted of Jennifer Locke, Windermere’s Associate Managing Broker, Sarah Simons, Windermere’s VP of Finance, and Jim Berns, Broker of Record for the entire WHE franchise.

Each member of the WHE Hall of Fame plays an integral role in the vital functionality of the franchise, each doing their part to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, while also representing the company to the best of their ability.

Brian Gooding, stated, “We are privileged to have such important members of our team who are not only loyal to us through their years of service, but  key players on the Windermere team. Each year, we are happy to celebrate these members by honoring their service to us and consistency in their craft. We are truly blessed to have them.”
