Chad Voisen is a previous investment and income property manager, managing over 300 Million dollars worth of personal assets, Chad Voisen decided to pursue residential real estate sales full time in July of 2014 and joined Windermere Homes and Estates Carlsbad Office. Being born and raised in San Diego, Chad is the epitome of a local and is familiar with all areas of America’s Finest City. After a successful first year in Real Estate, Chad is excited to announce him recently joining forces with Steve Lincoln and the Lincoln Realty Group, a division of Windermere Homes and Estates.
