Windermere Homes & Estates is Proud to Announce Their Newest Rancho Bernardo Agent: Justin Bolas
As a native San Diegan, Justin Bolas grew up right in town with his family, playing soccer, surfing, golfing, and enjoying all sports related hobbies. With his heart set on venturing into the sports arena, Justin found himself studying all aspects of golf, attaining his associate’s degree in professional golf management. Justin’s interest bloomed over the years, leading him to work in several golf clubs and communities where he would continue to work within fields that spoke to his interest in sports.
Justin quickly became employee of the month at Omni La Costa resort and spa, and became service champion for several months in a row. Justin was also voted top 10 best servers in San Diego by the Union Tribune for 2014 and 2015. Due to his dedication to customers and his love for serving others, Justin quickly transitioned into customer service expert, food and beverage manager for 10+ years, and eventually a private dining instructor and wine buyer for the clubs he worked in. Justin became well-known and admired for his commitment to work, making constant connections and friends along the way.
As a team builder and leader, Justin found himself searching for a career that would allow him to continue servicing the community he called home.
Justin finally decided to change gears and venture into a career in real estate, connecting with his past clients and friends within the communities he knew so well. These connections allowed Justin to become one of the most well known, highly respected agents in the field.
With an honest approach to serving his clients, Justin is best known for his loyalty and integrity when it comes to buying and selling homes. When it came time to find a company that reflected the same values that Justin shared, Windermere became the clear choice. Referred directly by a close friend and work associate, Justin joined Windermere’s Rancho Bernardo office.
When Justin isn’t assisting buyers and sellers in finding their perfect place, he spends his free time volunteering for autism San Diego, coaches Rancho Penasquitos little league, plus Rancho Penasquitos soccer after 16 years of playing competitively across the country, and spends the remainder of his time with his wife and boys.
