Windermere is proud to welcome Kim Kershaw to their Palm Desert office. Kim has excelled in the real estate business for the past 16 years.  Prior to real estate Kim obtained a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Cal State – Fullerton. She worked as a Marketing Specialist at Beckman Instruments and American Hospital Supply.  A job transfer for her husband took her to Denver, Colorado and after five years and the birth of their daughter and another job transfer returned the family to Southern California.  Kim decided that real estate was a perfect fit for her educational background and personal goals.  Providing a personal, professional and positive experience for every client is Kim’s main focus.  Kim’s true passion is best realized working with Sellers and Buyers to fulfill their real estate goals.  Going to extremes to protect and satisfy her clients is her normal mode of operation.  Kim truly is the difference between For Sale and SOLD!
