Ami Markowitz joins the Lisa Herndon & Associates team out of Windermere Homes & Estates Rancho Bernardo office. Ami brings drive, tenacity and efficiency to every real estate transaction.  Previously licensed in the state of New Jersey, Ami is excited to be working as a Realtor® in California.  With 7 years in advertising and media, he has the skills necessary to effectively market a home and get the highest return.  Ami was also a business owner for 8 years operating an international retail business.  Buyers can be confident Ami has an eye for a deal and the skills to negotiate any contract.

New to Lisa Herndon & Associates, Ami specializes in working with first time home buyers and families.  “I am thrilled to add Ami to the team!  He is a true professional who will offer the best service to our clients and be a great representative of our team.” said Lisa Herndon.  He will focus his efforts in the Poway Unified School District but works throughout San Diego County.  He also works with investors focused on improving the quality of neighborhoods with home remodels
