Windermere Homes & Estates Proudly Welcomes Apryl Barbin To The Escondido Team
Born in the Los Angeles area, Apryl spent her growing years living alternately between the Midwest and the West Coast. She returned to her native California in 1993, and made Escondido her permanent home. As an RDA she enjoyed a successful career in the dental field, but when Apryl and her husband purchased their first home in 2002 she became intrigued with the real estate industry. It wasn’t until 2008, during one of the most severe economic crisis in US history, that April made the bold transition to real estate sales. Good fortune smiled on Apryl when she was assigned a mentor: Faye Hines. By 2011, impressed with Apryl’s abilities, Faye invited her to join the Hines Team.
Apryl truly enjoys the team dynamic and appreciates the value of multiple individuals, with differing talents, working together toward a common goal. But beyond that she views the Hines Team as extended family members. Apryl enjoys working with buyers and sellers, but says her favorite task is handing first-time buyers the keys to their new home.
When she’s not working Apryl and her family enjoy camping and boating at Lake Havasu during the spring and summer, and desert recreation like driving their dune buggy at Glamis during the winter months. Apryl also enjoys quilting and sewing, and spending quality time gardening with her daughter, a college student who aspires to become a florist.
