Having spent 20 years as an escrow officer and four years in mortgage lending, Cia was already well versed in the real estate industry when she transitioned into sale. In addition to her vast work experience, Cia attended the University of California, San Diego, as an adult, ultimately graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2016 with a degree in humanities. She also holds professional certifications in paralegal studies and photography.
As Director of Operations for the Hines Team Cia’s responsibilities are vast and varied. With her knowledge and extensive experience, she can be found photographing properties, acting as transaction coordinator, solving intricate problems, and working with attorneys on trust and probate transactions. But her true joy comes from connecting with people…genuinely caring for and helping them. Therefore, whatever it is Cia’s doing, it’s being performed with a sincere heart, a commitment to honesty and integrity, and will always be in the best interest of the client.
In her spare time Cia enjoys all things creative, with interior design, photography, watercolor painting and writing among her favorites. She is an active volunteer with a local dog rescue organization, and serves in a leadership role at her church where she also heads the “Hometown Heroes Ministry”, whose mission is to honor and show appreciation to local fire fighters and law enforcement personnel. Cia and her husband of 32 years, along with their three “furkids” reside in the beautiful country village of Fallbrook, California.
