Sarah Smylie is a native Californian and loves all aspects of this beautiful state. She’s an avid beach goer, musician, hiker, and chaser of epic times! She fell in love with North County San Diego years ago and there’s nowhere else she would rather be. She is passionate about having fun, nurturing relationships and learning something new every single day.
Sarah grew up one of the oldest in a large family, which propelled her to manage a newspaper route at the age of 8. Hard work, scrupulous accounting, unique marketing and a consistently bright smile on her face became a pattern that would continue into her adult life. She has an extensive professional background including nursing, elderly care, professional photography, event planning and music marketing. She has a built-in instinct to take care of people and it shows in the way she cares for her clients. Throughout the years she has become a magnetic ally to those that request great representation coupled with a positive attitude.
Having practiced real estate for 10 years in other states, Sarah is finally serving clients in her home state alongside the most dynamic real estate team in the county. Having bought and sold her own properties before she was officially licensed, she is extremely knowledgeable in contracts, negotiations and inspections, and has the energy and motivation to perform a head above the rest. She knows how difficult transitions can be and works hard so the process of selling or buying can be a smooth one. She believes that no question goes unanswered and every problem has a solution. She has won no awards to date, besides feeling like every single one of her real estate clients is an amazing award in itself.
