Windermere Homes & Estates welcomes Brad Webber, part of the Action Home Sellers Team, to The Plaza at Aviara! Brad’s real estate career began as an appraiser trainee at the age of 22 while studying at Cal State San Marcos. Having grown up in North County San Diego, he was already very familiar with the area. After graduating with a degree in business in 2004 and having completed his trainee apprenticeship, he obtained his Certified Appraiser License and started WW Appraisals with a longtime friend and fellow appraiser, Michael Webb. When his father and top real estate sales producer, Steve Webber, approached Michael and him to start a sales team, he jumped on board and Action Home Sellers was started. At this point, Brad had over 10 years in real estate appraisal experience in Southern California and several years’ experience as a real estate salesperson. Having been a part of thousands of real estate transactions, my experience and knowledge in the Southern California real estate market is a real advantage when helping clients buy or sell homes.

Brad’s passion for business and real estate drives him to provide every client, whether a seller or a buyer, with the highest level of integrity. His real estate experience allows him to offer a level of service that can’t be matched by the typical real estate agent.
