Windermere Homes & Estates is happy to announce Bree Mercer James, joining their Rancho Bernardo office, located at 16783 Bernardo Center Drive, San Diego CA 92128.
As a native San Diego resident, Bree has spent her entire life drenched in San Diego lifestyle. Having a father as a builder gave Bree the kind of experience that lead to her current real estate career. While spending her earlier years on construction sites, Bree got a regular dose of construction education from a very young age.
Built on the fundamentals of hard work, coupled with a strong interest in architecture, it was an easy decision for the eager pupil to venture into the real estate field.
Once licensed, Bree never thought twice on working in sales, representing clients throughout one of the largest and most important transactions of their lives. “The possibility of pairing up clients with their dream home has become one of the most rewarding careers I can imagine,” Bree states. “My loyalty towards my clients and my commitment to making them happy has been all the ammunition I need to keep going.”
Using her experience with trust sales, custom homes and planned developments, Bree regularly works with a wide range of seniors, while also serving buyers and sellers with the same care and consideration.
