Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes David R Kircher to its Escondido Team!
Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes David R Kircher to its Escondido Office
Born in Kansas City, Missouri, David lived in a small rural community and grew up helping with the family’s farming business. David enjoyed time with family and friends; hunting; fishing; and playing sports. His aspirations were to go to college on a Navy ROTC scholarship and to get a degree in Civil Engineering. Shortly after getting a commission as a Naval Officer, and his BS degree in Civil Engineering, David found himself in San Diego, California. These two career paths led him to where he is today.
After his military service, David shifted from Naval Officer to Civil Engineer, working primarily in the private sector with developers of single family residential and condominium projects. Dedication, attention to detail, work in land development and providing service to others have brought him closer to a new career. David’s long line of service and knowledge of development have primed him for years of success in the real estate field.
Working out of Windermere’s Escondido location, currently located at 316 W. Mission Avenue #117, David will continue to develop his skills and to provide his services to north San Diego County that he knows so well.
