Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Dennis Watkins

Windermere Homes & Estates proudly welcomes Dennis Watkins to their Carlsbad office. Dennis has a Bachelor degree of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from San Diego State University. After completing his degree he worked for the Carlsbad Senior Center as the Director. He was able to double the growth the Center by bringing in several new programs through grants from the Area Agency on Aging. Although this was a great opportunity and very rewarding he knew his main desire was to go into business for himself. So he started a full service Insurance Agency and began selling commercial and property Insurance. He owned and operated this agency for 26 years before selling the agency for his true passion in Real Estate sales. He’s extensive background brings great knowledge to helping his clients whether they are selling their home or purchasing a new home.
