As a San Diego native, Janet Borja was raised in Santee, moved to Oceanside, Rancho Bernardo, and finally landed in San Marcos. Being a true “North County” girl, Janet attended Torrey Pines High School in Carmel Valley and enjoyed all the benefits of Southern California living, from the consistent weather to the close proximity to beaches and fun.
With a home in San Elijo Hills, Janet has been living in the local Carlsbad community for almost 10 years, living and working within a short car ride from each.
While Janet has early aspirations to be a singer, her dream shifted one day as she met a friend who was working in the real estate industry. In search of a better way to improve herself, Janet learned about the licensing process and began her studies, passing her real estate exam in December of 2015 and officially licensed as of February 2016.
Using her sales history and accounting, Janet is able to constantly connect with others due to her work ethic and fun-loving personality. With continuous aspirations to excel, Janet has received a multitude of awards as top employee and has even been recognized as top in sales throughout her career.
