Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Jovani Ruiz to its Escondido Branch!
Windermere Homes & Estates is proud to announce its newest member of the team, Jovani Ruiz. As a native North County resident, Jovani grew up in Escondido and Valley Center. After attending Valley Center HS, Jovani went on to San Diego State University where he graduated with his Bachelors of Arts in International Business.
Jovani has an emphasis on marketing and Spanish speaking markets, he wanted to work abroad in Mexico, or another Latin American country for a multi-national company. At the time of his graduation in 2009 the economy was in shambles and Jovani saw an opportunity in Real Estate at a time when most agents were getting out of the business.
As a current Escondido resident Jovani bought a duplex as his first home, utilizing his investment as a future rental income property. Jovani has even invested in a small 2 unit commercial building where his wife runs her hair salon.
“What inspired me to get into the business was a desire to learn about Real Estate as an investment vehicle. I wanted to be able to help my family, friends, and clients build stability and wealth through Real Estate. Working out of the Escondido office, Jovani is able to work in the city where he lives and thrives in business. Jovani is part of the young professionals network (YPN) at NSDCAR. Local realtors now know Jovani as a resource for social media marketing and his involvement in the local Escondido broker caravan.
