Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Lori Lynch

Windermere Homes & Estates is delighted to have signed on a new agent to their Aviara (Carlsbad) office. Lori Lynch joins the company with 15 years of real estate knowledge and experience. Originally from Sacramento, California Lori has been calling San Diego “home” for the past 25 years and is a full on So-Cal girl now. She has always been recognized for having excellent customer service skills, a tremendous work ethic, and always keeping a positive attitude.

Lori is a saleswoman by trade and consistently ranks in the top 5% amongst her peers. At her previous company she was the #1 salesperson in the Southern California Division. She is also consistent in customer satisfaction, receiving 98% or higher on all customer service rates. Lori’s approach to working with clients is having open communication and ensuring that their needs and wants are being met during buying/selling process. She is an expert in relocation and has very strong negotiating skills. “Lori has extremely high energy and enthusiasm. She’s not just here to show homes, she’s here to put clients IN homes. Prior to working in real estate, Lori worked as a government employee and has two kids. She is an Alumni of the Cal State University Sacramento and loves both the mountains and the beach.
