In pursuit of furthering her education, Mardela Manning began her studies in management. Applying what she learned throughout schooling, Mardela began to work as a Realtor, representing international clients overseas. Her success in the field quickly escalated into a prosperous Real Estate career.
After opening her own real estate office and hiring 15 new agents, Mardela spent almost a decade working as a representing broker in commercial and residential transactions.
Utilizing her history of travel, Mardela now provides a service to local and international buyers with seamless and stress-free transitions. Mardela’s business mindset allows her to assist countless clients on investment property purchases, downsizing, vacation homes, and everything in between.
Using her “no pressure – stress free” approach, Mardela gets her greatest pleasure from helping her clients through some of the most difficult transactions in both local, and overseas buying and selling.
“Mardela’s approach to problem solving is reinforced with her experience running her own brokerage. She ‘gets’ how all the pieces fit together and her problem solving skills are solid. Priceless, to have such scope, and we’re delighted to have her in our Carlsbad location,” says Brian Gooding, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates.
