Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Margie Jones To Its Rancho Bernardo Team!

Margie Jones is a long time San Diego resident with a background in law. She holds a J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law. After practicing for some time in Orange County and raising a family, she decided to pursue her interest in Real Estate. Margie’s family invests in real estate, her husband is a real estate attorney/partner in an established firm in downtown San Diego, and her son is a commercial broker with NAI in San Diego. So it’s a family affair and natural fit for her!

In the past, Margie was on the board of Rancho Bernardo High School and a team manager for Carmel Mountain Ranch Little League. She also holds a teaching credential and has worked in several schools in San Diego Unified School District and Poway Unified School District.

Given her legal background, Margie is interested in assisting with probate sales, short sales or any properties requiring expertise in contractual obligations. In her spare time, Margie plays in several tennis leagues in Rancho Santa Fe and loves watching her youngest son play competitive volleyball.

“Coming from a family  so committed to our industry really is a huge plus, and we’re delighted to have Margie joining us in our Rancho Bernardo office,” says Rich Johnson, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates.
