Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Nikki Lincoln to its Scripps Ranch Office

As a native Southern Californian, Nikki grew up in Los Angeles and lived in the same home until going off to college in the Bay Area. At UC Berkeley, Nikki received her BA in Economics, which quickly lead to a prosperous career in finance and operations. Although Nikki’s career flourished, she decided to combine her organizational skills with her love of Real Estate and begin a new adventure.

Nikki’s love of real estate began in high school when she would peruse the LA Times for her dream home. As this continued into adulthood, Nikki frequently attended open houses in her neighborhood while out for walks with her dog. Nikki decided to turn her hobby into a new career and began the process of getting licensed. As a new agent, she is excited to share her passion for real estate and her love of San Diego with her clients. As a recent home buyer, she knows how difficult home buying and selling can be and is looking forward to making the process as smooth as possible for her clients.

Aside from real estate, Nikki has several passions. She spends most of her free time training for obstacle course races such as Spartan Race, Epic Race, and Warrior Dash. Most of her training involves attending the climbing gym, weight lifting, hiking, and the occasional run. Nikki is also a certified in wine and spirits tasting through the WSET and enjoys a nice glass of rosé after a workout.

“Nikki’s experience in Economics gives her an edge in today’s market.  Her analytical skills and determination add so much to our team, and we’re delighted she chose to work with us,” says Rich Johnson, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates.
