Bev Paine has decided to return to Windermere and continue her career with Windermere Homes and Estates. Bev was the number one agent for Windermere in the mid 2000’s, and has always served her clients with the utmost integrity and trust. Like our company, Bev puts service and relationships before sales quotas. Bev joins the fastest growing Windermere franchise. Windermere Homes and Estates now has 9 offices in San Diego and is the 4th largest single owned brokerage in the County, with a rolling 12 months of 1 Billion in home sales. “I look for more great things from Bev in the coming months and years, and highly recommend her services to anyone thinking of buying or selling here in San Diego,” says owner Brian Gooding.

Bev is originally from New York and has called San Diego home for many years, residing in Encinitas and now San Elijo Hills.  What she loves most about being a Realtor is having the opportunity to help people realize their dreams.

Before focusing on real estate, Bev was a recovery room nurse at Children’s Hospital in San Diego.  She also owned and operated her own Personal Fitness Training business in Encinitas.

She has always been an active member of the community, volunteering my time to Make-A-Wish Foundation and the La Costa Canyon School System, where her son, Justin was a student. Justin went on to receive his MBA from Northwestern University and now works for Microsoft in Seattle as Product Marketing Manager for XBOX.

When she is not busy selling Real Estate, she enjoys gourmet cooking and going on adventures with her Beagle, Bailey. His sweet and loving nature has made him an integral part of her Real Estate team!
