Windermere Homes & Estates proudly welcomes Justin Byrd to their Palm Desert office. The Coachella Valley has always been home to Justin Byrd. And he’s most at home when he’s helping people find their perfect property to enjoy all the desert has to offer.

A graduate of La Quinta High School, he was a member of the golf team as well as the water polo team. He is an avid golfer and while working at Indian Wells Country Club during the winter season, he began his Real Estate career by developing and providing a home care business for seasonal residences.

Prior to joining Windermere, Justin worked for Luxury Resort Properties hosting open houses at Andalusia Country Club. Additionally, he has done professional modeling for fashion and fitness in print and digital and is still currently affiliated with his agency in Los Angeles.

Justin has experience in property management for luxury residences providing absentee home care, home maintenance coordination and concierge services to clients who want a low-maintenance, high quality of life. He also has expertise in handling seasonal vacation rentals and rentals for the highly in-demand Coachella Fest weeks.
