Born and raised in Glenview, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, Lawrence migrated west in 1983 to escape the frigid winters. He was a professional tour caddie working on the European PGA Tour in the summer, and enjoying the resplendent Desert in the off season. The Senior PGA Tour was just getting rolling, so he hopped on-board, and spent the next 12 years working for, and around, the living legends of the game.
His life was spent globe-trotting and pining for a family. He left the profession in 1997, and became a full-time resident of the Coachella Valley.

Lawrence became a Realtor in 2005 and has enjoyed working in various facets of the real estate industry, including three-year tenure in the sales office at Andalusia at Coral Mountain, selling homes in the $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 price point. He also spent two years working for Investors Capital Network, a Trust Deed Investment Brokerage specializing in investor-funded land acquisition financing, mezzanine financing, and construction capital.

Larry is currently a resale expert with Windermere Homes & Estates in Palm Desert, California. He is passionate about properly marketing a client’s property and using all of the cutting edge technologies available in order to sell the home for the highest amount, in the shortest period of time. He also thoroughly enjoys pairing Buyers with the home they will make memories in for years to come.
