Windermere Homes & Estates is proud to announce its newest team member, Bill Bonning. As a fourth generation Southern Californian, Bill has learned his fair share of the local trends happening within San Diego County. As a local Realtor, Bill specializes in Coastal Luxury Homes in Del Mar, Solana Beach, La Jolla, Cardiff and Encinitas. Bill offers over 25 years of extensive Real Estate knowledge, with a primary focus on luxury and investment properties on the coast.
As a graduate of San Diego State University, Bill received a degree in Marketing Management. Applying his education, Bill is now able to offer his clients a bevy of information regarding changes, timing, and the best strategies toward buying and selling in today’s rapidly changing market.
Bill is a single father of 3 children, and when he isn’t working with clients, he enjoys playing basketball and surfing the sunny, sandy beaches of California.
