Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Cynthia Tremblay
Cynthia began her career as an elementary school teacher, which she thoroughly enjoyed prior to becoming a Realtor. Her years as an educator, mentor and team leader have helped equip her with the ability to assume leadership roles, understand others, address their needs, and conduct herself with integrity, honesty, and compassion. Cynthia’s willingness to learn from others is a key factor in her continuous growth to this day.
Prior to moving to Carlsbad, Cynthia and her family lived near Yosemite National Park where they enjoyed skiing, camping, hiking, fishing and anything having to do with the outdoors. It was there they had built their own home from the ground up, and where Cynthia began helping family and friends, consulting them with construction and remodeling needs. While they had enjoyed Yosemite, they eventually relocated to Southern California to be closer to family and to trade the mountains for the beach!
With a passion for design, construction and investment properties, Cynthia’s love for transforming homes and helping others fulfill their dreams came to be. As Cynthia bought and sold her own homes as an owner / builder, she was able to utilize her passion for design, while eventually helping others to find their own slice of paradise.
Now licensed as a Realtor, Cynthia thrives on helping her clients find a home that checks every box, creating a positive experience that results in home ownership. “Communication, dependability and organizational skills have always been my strengths, and I’m confident that these will assist me in my relationships with my clients. I don’t just listen, I aim to understand what your needs are and work to fulfill them. I chose to work for Windermere Homes & Estates and joined ‘The Hadley Home Team’ because of their commitment to putting client relationships first, and the support and tools available to us agents are top notch. For me it’s not just about buying or selling a home; it’s more about the process and the positive relationships I build with my clients.”
As a resident of Carlsbad for over 7 years, Cynthia is well versed in the neighborhood and continuous changes to the market. Now working with Windermere Homes & Estates, Cynthia excitedly looks forward to utilizing Windermere’s tools and technology to better serve her new and existing clients alike.
“Cynthia’s experience in construction and remodeling gives her a certain perspective. She can see what a home can be, and this is a valuable skill for her clients. We’re really looking forward to what she brings to our team, and we’re happy that she’s chosen to work here in our Carlsbad Village office,” says Brian Gooding, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates.
