Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Dan Davis!
As a native Chicago resident, Dan began his long term love affair with homes right out of college. While studying architecture and construction at Saddleback College and The Art Institute of Chicago, Dan learned all there is to know about the industry. What once began as a job in construction quickly developed into a lifelong career that would propel Dan into owning his own company.
As a Glazier and Iron-worker in local unions, Dan found himself working on top tier, well known construction projects such as Sears Towers in Chicago and California projects such as Griffin Towers, Bristol Office Buildings, and Sand Canyon Medical Center. Throughout his career, Dan gained ample experience designing and building upscale single family homes, managing all phases of construction, purchasing property, designing and constructing homes, as well as experience in all phases of management, sales and marketing.
From residential to commercial building and sales, Dan set the stage for his future business in Real Estate sales, working alongside his wife, Cindy Davis. As the two paired up on San Diego sales, Dan was able to accomplish a new avenue in the Real Estate industry.
As an accomplished San Diego Area Real Estate agent, Dan brings a strategic yet personable approach to the home buying and selling process. Over his years of experience, Dan has built a reputation for his refreshingly friendly customer care and proven ability to guide buyers to obtain the best value for their dream home. Dan’s continued assistance allows sellers to achieve a smooth, stress-free sale of their home.
With over 20 years of extensive knowledge, Dan is an expert in a multitude of neighborhoods across the San Diego county. Dan’s specialty in selling investment properties, luxury homes, and multi-residential properties has allowed him to work with some of the top real estate companies while becoming an expert in local and national markets.
Bringing his passion and sharp attention to detail to Windermere Homes & Estates, Dan looks forward to helping buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home.
“It’s always a gift when an agent comes to us with a background in architecture or construction. Understanding the physics of a home is such a plus, and is a skill that benefits the client in unanticipated ways. It’s absolutely invaluable when it comes to inspections, but also inspiring to sellers when they’re readying for the market. It’s one of the benefits of working with a true professional, and we couldn’t be more delighted that Dan has chosen to work in our beautiful Downtown office,” says Rich Johnson, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates.
