This Escondido native joins Windermere Homes & Estates with a long standing history of Real Estate running through his veins. While Gio’s earlier ambitions were to work in the physical therapy field, he ultimately realized after years of schooling and travel that his love for people and connections could bring him into the same field that both his parents enjoyed for a collective 50 years total.
With a combined history in hospitality and his keen attention to detail, Gio know that he could apply both experiences toward Real Estate to help others. Gio’s history in Escondido has allowed him to make a multitude of valued connections and friends along the way. Now working with Windermere out of their Escondido branch, Gio is excited to join the fastest growing office in Southern California.
