Ivan Cazarez is a native of Southern California born and raised in Escondido. He currently runs a team of 5, serving all of San Diego County and Inland Empire area. Ivan began his real estate career in San Diego County in 2012, with his passion to find the right property and match it with the right person. During the real estate market crisis his experience helped not only homeowners but also investors recover from foreclosures and short sales.
Ivan is a well respected agent in the San Diego real estate industry because of his extensive knowledge in the market, customer service, integrity, and professionalism.
