Colburn will manage recruitment and retention to ensure the highest level of talent and agent satisfaction in the organization.
James is an energized player in regional real estate brokerage operations and reinvention. Most recently James oversaw franchise operations for John L. Scott Real Estate, the 4th largest regional brand in America.
Before James’ corporate role, James was a practitioner in real estate with a top producing 7 figure real estate business.
A published author of the book “Resucceed” a next level success handbook for the already successful, his book was written to share his insights with others so they could fulfill their own potential.
James will office in our flagship Scripps Ranch Windermere office location, although James will travel between all office locations in support of organization growth between the coastal, inland, and desert offices as support.
James shares his excitement to Join Windermere Homes and Estates and move his family from Seattle Washington, “As a Southern California Native, born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley, it has been my dream and intention to return ‘home’ one day and that day is now.”
