Rich Johnson, founder of Windermere Homes & Estates, is very proud to announce the return of Kim Babcock to WHE’s management team. Kim has accepted the position of Branch Manager of our beautiful Carlsbad location where she will be working closely with agents and providing them with the support to help them achieve their highest success.

Kim has held the title of Director of Agent Relations and Productivity from 2018 to 2020, mentoring and coaching agents. She not only has previous experience in operations and administrative management in her impressive history but also recruiting, training, and education. Which makes her a perfect fit for Windermere. From contracts, through risk management, sales and business planning, Windermere is looking forward to what the future holds for the Carlsbad office.
