Liz Kenny grew up in the Chicago area on 5 acres with her parents and 3 brothers. She enjoyed winter sledding and a farm nearby, but the holidays were spent in the city with family. She chose college in San Diego, and after graduation returned to Chicago, where she met her husband. It took 15 years but coming back to San Diego was on her list, and she’s back!
Liz and her husband chose to settle in La Costa. The Encinitas school district and beautiful homes in Carlsbad were exactly what she wanted for her family, and her previous experience as a realtor nudged her back into real estate.
Liz and her husband have also renovated their last 7 houses. They brought them up to their personal standards, then moved on looking for a new challenge. Her remodeling expertise has become a great tool when showing property to clients. She can walk into any house and see the possibilities and share that with her clients.
Liz will be working out of the beautiful Carlsbad office. Clients will tell you that Liz is conscientious, dependable, kind and ethical. Not an aggressive sales person, more of a knowledgeable friend who is always available for the details that come with a real estate transaction.
