Windermere Homes & Estates Proudly Welcomes Petya Angelova to the Rancho Bernardo Team

Petya Angelova, realtor with Windermere Homes & EstatesPetya grew up in Bulgaria, Eastern Europe. Her childhood was spent with friends and family, and some of her favorite memories are of picking berries on her grandparent’s strawberry farm. In 2000 Petya and her family immigrated to Canada, where she dreamed of becoming a school teacher.

When her family decided to expand their HVAC business they moved to San Diego, and the weather was no small part of that decision. Not a problem for Petya, as she made friends easily with her outgoing personality. They chose Rancho Bernardo because of the highly rated schools and friendly people.

Real estate was a natural for Petya because she loves helping people find their dream homes. She is hardworking, knowledgeable and always keeps her clients’ best interests in mind. Petya has chosen to work with Windermere Homes & Estates in her neighborhood because of the training they offer and the quality of the agents there. Like them, she works hard to help her clients through their transactions, so it’s no surprise that her motto is NEVER GIVE UP.

When she’s not working Petya enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her hobbies of photography and traveling around the world.

“Petya is truly a citizen of the world. She sees with new eyes and has a fresh perspective in our industry. If you know her, you like her. It’s no surprise that her clients are friends for life, and we’re so happy that she’s chosen to join the team in our Rancho Bernardo office,” says Rich Johnson, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates.
