While attending UCLA, Raini thoroughly enjoyed everything that Southern California had to offer, taking every opportunity to drive down to her favorite city – San Diego. As she fell in love with the area and the people, she dreamed of one day, making the location her home.
In 1995, Raini and her husband moved into the Del Mar area and never looked back. As Raini got to know her beautiful hometown, she decided that selling Real Estate locally would allow her to help others achieve their dreams of home ownership as she once had. In pursuing a career in Real Estate, Raini found that she could fulfill her passion for helping others through one of the largest financial decisions a person can make.
Over the course of 15 years, Raini has flourished by helping buyers find their dream home and helping sellers to maximize their profits. As Raini thrived in her career, she was able to achieve honors and awards such as Champion Circle #14 in the Nation in Sales Volume, as well as awards recognized by California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR).
Raini’s strong work ethic and positive attitude towards life allows her to dictate her level of success everywhere she goes, providing lifetime service to her clients. With 95% of her business coming from referrals alone, Raini constitutes her continued success to her past clients.
