Windermere Homes & Estates (WHE) Welcomes Robert Luciano as its Newest Manager for the Rancho Bernardo Office
Robert will be a resource for agents to turn to for guidance throughout transactions. He will oversee the continuous coaching and mentoring of agents. Robert will bring a new perspective to the Rancho Bernardo office and help to to maximize the sales and successes of the agents.
Robert is a native to Southern California. Has been in sales for 25 years and in the real estate business for 12. He began his career in 2009 with Coldwell Banker. Robert said that his background in sales and the Great Recession drove him to real estate.
“I just had this desire to want to help…I’ve always been a helper,” Robert said.
“I was watching all my friends buy new houses that they shouldn’t have, and then they all lost them. It really pushed me to want to deliver something different to people, an honest approach.”
Robert translated his successful real estate business and his giving spirit into a management role in 2015. He said that he did not want agents, new or seasoned, to have to navigate the ever changing industry on their own.
“I want to make sure that agents know what’s going on in the market,” Robert said, “What changes of the contract, what marketing steps they should take or however they can to retain their business and keep in touch with them… that is the draw for me to be here.”
“We’ve watched Robert for some time. And he’s a good fit for our family.” says Rich Johnson, founder, owner and President of WHE.
Robert’s helpful nature as well as his understanding of the business makes him the best candidate to add value to not just Windermere Homes & Estates agents but their management team as well.
“To me this is a golden opportunity,” Robert said, ”Windermere is going to continue to grow and bring something of value to agents that they’re not used to seeing or that they forgot they needed. I see a great future here.”
And to Robert, that is because of the entire Windermere team. “The people that are in place in this company are the right people.”
Windermere has a saying, All in, for you. “I really like that phrase,” Robert says, “because I definitely am all in for the agents.”
Rich says, “Robert’s positivity and willingness to help is a gift. We can’t wait to see what he brings to our beautiful Rancho Bernardo office.”
