Windermere Homes & Estates Welcomes Sandra ‘Sam’ Seaton!
Windermere Homes & Estates announces one of its newest agents, Sandra Seaton. As a graduate of BBM UND 2001, Sandra minored in foreign languages where her primary focus was on Spanish, French and Art. With a keen eye for detail, Sandra also found herself pursuing interior design at WSC where she was an associate.
Amongst her exceptional background, Sandra also spent 25+ years in farm ranch management in the upper Midwest. While Sandra thoroughly enjoyed her unique lifestyle and diversified portfolio of work experience, she found herself missing family. After packing up a Uhaul, Sandra took a rescue dog from Boulder CO and moved to San Diego.
While living in California, Sandra pursued a career in Real Estate, getting licensed shortly after. During her career in sales, Sandra spent time learning all about contracts, easements, leases, P/A, and contract negotiations. As a personal one-on-one advocate for home buyers and sellers, Sandra personally orchestrates all closing data, allowing her to walk each of her clients through their transaction step by step.
When Sandra isn’t working on sales, she also spends her time volunteering at various church organizations, project Wildlife, Nature Conservancy and is an advocate of Millennials and Hispanials. She also enjoys hitting the beach with her Seashell Pickers, her three daughters and grandchildren.
“Sam excels at contracts. Got a question? That’s when she shines. Throughout the process her clients have the information they need to make informed decisions, and Sam knows how to follow through. We’re really happy that she chose to work in our beautiful Downtown office,” says Rich Johnson, co-owner of Windermere Homes & Estates.
