A native Southern California girl, Stephanie Rae Brande was born in Fallbrook. Following in her father’s footsteps, who sold land and avocado groves in Fallbrook and Deluz for many years, she tagged along with him to show properties. Stephanie developed a true passion and love of all the beautiful natural elements this region offers. Southern California’s mild climates and variety of life styles makes it a desired location to live.
Stephanie decided to work her way into the Real Estate Industry. She first began her business venture 4 years ago and has happily assisted clients primarily in both land and residential transactions.
As an Aguanga resident for 10 years and artist in the local community, Stephanie did help start a non-profit organization at her children’s school to help children in her community to learn about art when funds for art were being cut short. She helps from teaching the class, to event organization, and voluntarily raising proceeds to fund the program. Creating and participating diligently in this program for 5 years is a true testament of all efforts that allow her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping others to shine through.
Stephanie is happy to assist clients in purchasing or selling properties in areas of Riverside County, as far North as Lake Elsinore, as well as all areas of San Diego County including the back country.
Stephanie’s goal as a Windermere agent is to expand her business regionally and to utilize her knowledge of land sales that she has acquired over the course of her career to continue to provide exceptional service and education to her clients about our beautiful Southern California region.
